How does an adware work
Adware is added to free programs in a way that authorizes it to install without needing your explicit permission. Not everyone knows that some free programs might permit unwanted offers to install together with them. Ad-supported applications, redirect viruses and other probably unneeded programs (PUPs) are among those added. Default settings will not notify you of anything being adjoined, and offers will install without your authorization. We advise opting for Advanced (Custom) instead. If you opt for Advanced instead of Default, you will be allowed to unmark everything, so you are suggested to select those. You can never know what could come with free programs so we encourage you always select those settings.
