- Find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon|Shell (32-bit system) or
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon|Shell (64-bit system)
- Overwrite the value data changing it to explorer.exe
- Restart your PC in normal mode
Step 3: Delete infected files
- Tap Win+E to open Windows File Explorer
- Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local folder
- Delete system.exe, uac.exe, del.bat, and bcd.bat files
